Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy internal software applications.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain, monitor, and improve existing applications to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, project managers, and external partners.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Support end users through training, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives and explore emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience in software development and/or IT analysis.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing business-critical applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

We Are Specifically Looking For:

  • IBM i (AS/400) Developers
  • IBM i (AS/400) Developers with ARCAD experience
  • IBM i (AS/400) Developers with Java experience
  • Full Stack Developers with Angular experience
