Dynamics 365 Developer

Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with a passion for building scalable Microsoft business applications? We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale enterprise CRM transformation project where you'll play a key role in designing, developing and supporting modern Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.

• Build and enhance applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

• Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules and API integrations.

• Support unit testing, system testing and user acceptance testing.

• Manage D365 environments, deployments, upgrades and platform maintenance.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues, support production environments and contribute to continuous platform improvements.

• Participate in data migration, release management and DevOps activities.

What we're looking for

✔ 3+ years' experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions.

✔ Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript and Dynamics CRM customisation.

✔ Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.

✔ Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

✔ Knowledge of security models, data modelling, custom connectors and solution architecture.

✔ Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and Agile delivery methodologies.

✔ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Desirable

➕ Experience with Power BI.

➕ SharePoint Online integration.

➕ Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

➕ Exposure to the Australian energy or utilities sector.
