Back End Developer

We’re hiring .NET Developers (Mid/Senior) to join a leading banking/financial services environment in Porto with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).

You’ll work on business‑critical applications with a strong focus on clean engineering practices, performance, automation, and secure delivery—within an international, Agile team.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain solutions using C#/.NET across the full software lifecycle (design → deployment)
• Deliver high‑quality, performant applications; identify bottlenecks and resolve issues efficiently
• Apply engineering best practices (SOLID, code reviews, clean code, technical documentation)
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders in an Agile setup
• Contribute to testing automation and CI/CD improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with C#/.NET (mid to senior level)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
• Experience with Git and collaborative development (pull requests, reviews)
• Exposure to CI/CD and automation
• Quality & security mindset (testing, best practices)

Nice to have:

• Frontend: Angular and/or ExtJS, or desktop UI (WPF/Windows Forms)
• ORM/Micro‑ORM: Entity Framework / EF Core, Dapper
• Testing: NUnit, pytest, Selenium
• Tooling: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, XL Deploy / XL Release
• Quality/Security: SonarQube, Checkmarx, observability tooling (e.g., Elastic/Kibana)
• Extras: SSIS, PL/SQL, containerization/orchestration

Language Required for the role:

• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
