Full Stack Engineer

Project Description:

Our client, a large international commodity trading company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in integrating business applications and modern front-end frameworks such as React to work on the implementation of a Interop solution for trading applications used for an enterprise commodity workflow management system.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Interop solutions for desktop applications and web-based front-end applications using React
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 7+ years of proven experience in developing sophisticated applications using Java and React
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for designing intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces.
• Strong background in software development, including experience with object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and unit testing.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and backend integration
• Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns (MVVM, MVC)
• Experience with databases (SQL Server or similar)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices
