How We See the Future of Developers
At OUTLIER, we believe developers should be builders who think beyond code.
The best developers today are:
- Product-minded builders who deeply care about real user needs
- Business-aware thinkers who understand the “why” behind features
- Creative problem solvers who challenge ideas and refine scope into real solutions
We believe great software comes from close collaboration between business and engineering.
Whether you're growing as a developer or already taking ownership of features, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with business teams, contribute ideas, and develop products that create real business impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain features and systems across frontend + backend.
- Implement assigned tasks, bug fixes, and new features following the team's coding standards and architecture.
- Own small to medium-sized features from requirement clarification through implementation and testing (depending on experience level).
- Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements before development.
- Break down work into manageable tasks and communicate progress or blockers clearly.
- Support testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Contribute to improving code quality, maintainability, and development workflows.
- Learn our business domain and continuously improve both technical and problem-solving skills.
