STSI Developer

This role appears to be for an STSI Developer focused on both SQL Server optimization and modern .NET application development.

Core Responsibilities

• Improve AP-STSI performanceOptimize SQL Server stored procedures
• Improve batch script performance
• Investigate and resolve database-related performance issues
• Support system modernization projectsRewire STSI interfaces from legacy systems to new platforms
• Develop and maintain integration components

Required Technical Skills

SQL Server (Strong Requirement)

• Query performance tuning
• Stored procedure development
• Data troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Execution plan analysis
• Query optimization techniques

Backend Development

• Strong C# development experience
• .NET 8 / .NET 9 / .NET 10
• Minimal APIs
• OpenAPI / Swagger
• API design and development

Frontend Development

• Blazor development experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Advanced SQL optimization and execution-plan analysis
• Observability and monitoring
• Distributed logging
• OpenTelemetry implementation and usage

Soft Skills

• Fluent English communication

Ideal Candidate Profile

A strong candidate would have:

• 5+ years of SQL Server performance tuning experience
• Solid C# and modern .NET development skills
• Experience building APIs with Minimal APIs and Swagger
• Exposure to Blazor applications
• Understanding of observability tools and OpenTelemetry
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
