About the Role
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications throughout their lifecycle. Working in a collaborative agile team, you'll build scalable solutions, support business users, improve application infrastructure, automate CI/CD processes, and ensure high standards of quality, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent vocational IT qualification.
- Several years of experience developing web applications.
- Strong experience with PHP, Symfony, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience using GitLab or similar version control systems.
- Ability to quickly understand complex software systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a hands-on approach to software development.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement modern web applications.
- Support application rollout, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing applications.
- Ensure application security, stability, and performance.
- Provide technical support to internal business teams.
- Review code and collaborate with fellow developers to maintain quality standards.
- Automate infrastructure and CI/CD processes where possible.
- Optimize application architecture and development workflows.
- Participate in agile planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development team.
