About the Company

About the Role

The Java Software Developer & Coach is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Java-based software solutions while coaching and training fellow developers. This role combines hands-on software engineering with technical mentoring, curriculum development, application support, automation, and Linux server administration. The ideal candidate enjoys sharing knowledge, improving software quality, and contributing to large-scale public sector digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
• Strong Java programming experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and SWT (Standard Widget Toolkit).
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of software troubleshooting, automation, and application administration.
• Experience working with Linux servers.
• Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based software applications.
