ERP Application Developer (SoftOne)

Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing company based in Greece, specializing in asset and property management with a strong focus on professional and hospitality real estate. They manage a diverse portfolio that includes hotels and luxury suites, residential properties, office spaces, logistics centers, and development land.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and debug ERP solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Implement technical solutions according to functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain integrations (APIs, interfaces, bridges) between ERP and third-party systems.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Ensure code quality, system performance, and compliance with internal IT standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development guidelines.
• Support ERP Consultants and contribute to end-user training when needed.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and custom queries.
• Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (experience with SoftOne will be considered a plus).
• Hands-on experience in ERP custom development, including implementation of customer-specific requirements using .NET, Java, or similar programming technologies.
• Solid experience with SQL and JavaScript.
• Experience with integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Very good command of English.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with BI tools and data analysis software.
• Knowledge of HMS, CMMS, or Accounting systems.
• Cloud technologies.
