Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing company based in Greece, specializing in asset and property management with a strong focus on professional and hospitality real estate. They manage a diverse portfolio that includes hotels and luxury suites, residential properties, office spaces, logistics centers, and development land.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and debug ERP solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Implement technical solutions according to functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integrations (APIs, interfaces, bridges) between ERP and third-party systems.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Ensure code quality, system performance, and compliance with internal IT standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development guidelines.
- Support ERP Consultants and contribute to end-user training when needed.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and custom queries.
- Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (experience with SoftOne will be considered a plus).
- Hands-on experience in ERP custom development, including implementation of customer-specific requirements using .NET, Java, or similar programming technologies.
- Solid experience with SQL and JavaScript.
- Experience with integrations and APIs.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Very good command of English.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with BI tools and data analysis software.
- Knowledge of HMS, CMMS, or Accounting systems.
- Cloud technologies.
