As the company continues to grow rapidly, we are evolving the product to handle increasing data volumes, more complex processing requirements, and demanding challenges around performance, scalability, and reliability.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong product mindset and a high sense of ownership. You will work end-to-end across the entire product lifecycle: understanding business challenges, defining scope, prioritizing initiatives, designing solutions, developing features, deploying to production, and monitoring outcomes.

You will remain hands-on with the code while actively contributing to product and technical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ownership

- Drive initiatives from end to end.

- Clarify objectives, make decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Product & Business Understanding

- Develop a deep understanding of business challenges.

- Turn complex requirements into simple, testable, and measurable solutions.

• Collaboration

- Work closely with founders and business teams to evolve the product with a strong focus on user value, impact, and risk management.

• Engineering

- Build robust systems while balancing speed, maintainability, and quality.

- Evolve the architecture to support growth in data volumes, processing workloads, and users.

- Improve architecture, code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering practices.

Tech Stack

-> Frontend : TypeScript, React, Redux, Jest & Cypress for testing

-> Backend : TypeScript, Node.js (Express.js), REST APIs, MySQL

->nfrastructure & Operations : AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, Amplify, EC2 etc.), GIT, Sentry,

Experience & Qualifications

- 5+ years of software engineering experience.

- Significant experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products (ideally multi-tenant, data-intensive, or fintech-related products).

- Experience working on systems handling large datasets.

- Proven track record solving performance and scalability challenges.

Interview Process

2. Technical Assignment :A technical exercise completed independently. The topic and deadline will be shared after the introductory call.

3. Technical Interview (2h)

- Review of the assignment
