Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding, enhancing system components, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. Working within an agile environment, the engineer continuously refines and adapts software to align with evolving project goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in NoSQL. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL). - Strong knowledge of database design principles and data modeling for NoSQL systems. - Experience in optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity. - Familiarity with integrating NoSQL databases into distributed and cloud-based architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data storage and retrieval issues.
