LLM Full Stack Development Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Full Stack LLM Development Senior Analyst to join our Data & AI team and contribute to the development of intelligent digital solutions powered by modern technologies and AI capabilities.

In this role, you will work across the full development lifecycle, building scalable applications and supporting the delivery of innovative products using Python frameworks and full stack development practices.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and contributing to high-impact technology initiatives in global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications and services.

Build and enhance solutions using Python frameworks and modern engineering practices.

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Contribute to AI-enabled application development and digital innovation initiatives.

Solve increasingly complex technical problems and support solution delivery.

Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Support implementation, testing, optimization, and continuous improvement activities.

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance standards.

Participate in technical discussions and contribute to delivery excellence.

Support project execution and contribute to successful business outcomes.

5–8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, or related roles.

Strong experience working with Python frameworks.

Experience developing scalable applications and modern software solutions.

Exposure to Data & AI environments.

Experience working across end-to-end software development lifecycles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI or Generative AI solutions.

Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience working with cloud environments and modern engineering practices.

Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.

Experience working in multicultural or global teams.
