LLM Full Stack Development Specialist

We are looking for a Full Stack LLM Development Specialist to join our Data & AI team and help build next-generation intelligent applications powered by Generative AI.

In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance scalable AI-driven solutions using modern full stack technologies and Python-based frameworks. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform business requirements into innovative digital products and contribute across the full solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications powered by AI and LLM capabilities.

Build scalable backend services using Python frameworks and modern development practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative AI-enabled products.

Analyze requirements and solve moderately complex technical challenges.

Support application architecture, performance optimization, and code quality initiatives.

Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design decisions.

Coordinate deliverables and support execution across project workstreams.

Drive continuous improvement and adoption of development best practices.

Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

7–11 years of experience in Software Development, Full Stack Engineering, or related fields.

Strong hands-on experience with Python frameworks.

Experience developing scalable applications and modern software solutions.

Knowledge or exposure to Data & AI environments.

Experience working across end-to-end development lifecycles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environments.

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI and Generative AI solutions.

Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience with cloud technologies and modern development environments.

Experience working with distributed teams and global stakeholders.

Previous exposure to agile delivery environments.
