Title: Junior Full Stack Developer

Location: Solon, OH - 2 days a week onsite

Pay Rate: $30-40/hr (some potential flexibility in rate due to experience)

Must-haves:

• 1-3+ years' experience or exposure to programming with:
• JavaScript
• C++
• Python
• Understanding of relational database concepts.
• Experience writing basic to intermediate SQL queries.
• Familiarity with data analysis and data manipulation using SQL.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Exposure to application development concepts.
• Knowledge of how enterprise systems and databases function.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably within Microsoft Azure.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP systems such as:
• SAP Business One (preferred)
• Microsoft Dynamics
• NetSuite
• Experience working with stored procedures.
• Exposure to SaaS applications.
• Experience with file-based integrations and data transfers.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience involving software development or systems analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Day to day:

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Developer / Technical Analyst to join our client's team as they continue bringing development and support to their internally developed SaaS platform in-house. This platform connects approximately 70 distribution sites with corporate systems, enabling critical data flow and business operations across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has a strong technical foundation and is eager to grow their skills in application development, systems analysis, databases, ERP integrations, and cloud technologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the company's internal SaaS platform.
• Assist with integrating data between distribution sites and corporate systems.
• Write and modify SQL queries and scripts to support business processes and reporting needs.
• Analyze data flows and troubleshoot system integration issues.
• Work with APIs and system interfaces to facilitate data exchange between applications.
• Support ERP-related integrations and data processes.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Assist with application testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Participate in system analysis activities to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support cloud-based applications and services within the Microsoft Azure environment.
