Title : Development Engineer for Oracle EBS

Location : Dubai / Abu Dhabi - UAE (Onsite)

Experience: 2+ years

Duration: 1 year

Language : Arabic speaking (Mandatory)

Working hours : 7:30am- 2:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Key Role & Responsibilities

• Technical Design and Development
• Strengthens clients enterprise systems by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code across various programming languages and frameworks, ensuring compliance with established coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Shapes technical solutions by creating detailed design documents, including system architecture diagrams, data models, and interface specifications, that align with clients enterprise architecture standards and patterns.
• Synthesizes complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while considering system performance, security, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
• Identifies and recommends opportunities for innovation, automation, and system optimization to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Self-Management Responsibilities
• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Line Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the year.
• Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Line Manager to ensure that the required trainings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 2+ of experience in application development.

Preferred

• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level applications.

• The ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
