We are looking for a practical AI builder who can understand business needs, create value quickly, and turn ideas into simple, useful solutions across DIS/CREADIS. You do not need to be a senior AI expert. What matters most is that you are curious, hands-on, eager to learn, and motivated by turning ideas into useful solutions.

Join DIS/CREADIS as our new AI Solutions Developer and play a central role in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions across our organisation.

The position is based at our headquarters in Stilling, close to Skanderborg.

About the Role

As our new AI Solutions Developer, your primary focus will be designing, building, and implementing AI solutions while supporting practical adoption across the business.

You will work closely with leadership, IT, and teams across the organisation to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and ensure that AI initiatives are translated into practical and measurable business value.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that create measurable business value
• Identifying and optimising business processes through AI and automation
• Further developing and refining existing AI solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Evaluating and implementing new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Applying existing tools, such as Microsoft Copilot where they create value, and building custom solutions when it makes sense
• Integrating AI solutions into existing systems, workflows, and platforms
• Developing prototypes and production-ready solutions from idea to deployment
• Teaching and guiding colleagues of a wide range of technical abilities to use new and existing AI tools effectively
• Helping colleagues identify where AI can remove friction, improve quality, or create new ways of working
• Collaborating closely with leadership, IT, and business functions to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions
• Staying up to date on emerging AI technologies and continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen our business

This is a hands-on role focused on building and delivering AI solutions while contributing to our broader AI strategy and transformation journey.

Your Profile

We imagine that you:

• Are a practical doer with technical foundation, curiosity, and strong development potential
• Have some hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions, working with technologies such as machine learning, LLMs, generative AI, or automation frameworks and is eager to develop your skills within the area
• Have the ability to build useful Prototypes and quickly test ideas and demonstrate value
• Take responsibility for moving solutions forward — from idea and testing to implementation, with support from experienced colleagues.
• Have a strong software engineering mindset
• Understand how to apply AI in a business context and can translate business needs and opportunities into concrete technical solutions
• Have a holistic mindset and enjoy understanding how technology, processes, and people come together to create business value
• Are comfortable working across the stack and integrating AI solutions into existing systems and platforms
• Have experience developing user interfaces or applications that make AI solutions accessible and valuable to end users
• Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineers, product owners, and leadership
• Stay up to date with new tools, frameworks, and developments within AI and actively experiment with applying them
• Thrive in a hands-on environment where you are trusted to take responsibility and move things forward, with support from experienced colleagues

Experience with process optimization, cloud platforms, and implementing AI solutions in production environments is considered an advantage. You will receive sparring and guidance from colleagues working with AI and digitalization.
