Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
• Experience in designing and developing integrations and custom applications using Workday Studio.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and business process mapping.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within application environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
