IT Engineer

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Support IT global affairs and responsibility as below:

• IOT Devices: CCTV, door access and conference room systems
• AD accounts management
• On-Prem server deployment, configuration, maintenance
• Business continuity like immediate response capability during outage and recovery
• Assist with service ticket processing and tracking
• Performs other specific duties or assignments as directed by the supervisor

• College or bachelor’s degree required
• Over 3 years’ experience in IT field is preferred
• Language skill: Good at read, write, listen and speak in English
• Well-teamwork and good communication ability
• Need to be open-minded, aggressive and positive an ability to follow processes
• Strong documentation skills
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Commercial and business awareness
• CCNA and MCSA are a plus
