You'll play a critical role in supporting our growing infrastructure operations across Brazil. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll design, implement, and maintain robust systems that keep our PLM solutions running smoothly for customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Build and maintain automation for provisioning, configuration management, operating system deployment, patching, monitoring, and system lifecycle management.
- Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments across development, test, and production infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues involving operating systems, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks.
- Support CI/CD platforms and automation workflows used by engineering and development teams.
- Create and maintain reusable automation, golden images, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure templates.
- Document technical solutions, operational procedures, and automation workflows.
- Evaluate and implement tools and technologies that improve automation, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with other engineers to support infrastructure platforms and enable self-service capabilities for internal users.
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments.
- Strong Linux administration experience.
- Experience developing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience with VMware, AWS, Azure, or other virtualization and cloud platforms.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of networking, storage, DNS, authentication, and virtualization concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in enterprise environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized workloads.
- Experience building Windows golden images and automated deployment solutions.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, SSO, and enterprise authentication systems.
- Experience supporting engineering, simulation, PLM, or enterprise software environments.
