We are now looking for Systems Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

Daily challenges

  • Participate in planning, development, and delivery activities, implementing technical solutions based on design specifications, operational requirements, and guidance from senior engineers where needed.
  • Maintain and support infrastructure across cloud, virtualized, and on-premises environments, including Windows and Linux troubleshooting, configuration, patching, and routine maintenance.
  • Configure, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and critical engineering tools such as version control systems, CI/CD platforms, artifact repositories, and issue tracking systems.
  • Automate recurring infrastructure and operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code, contributing to secure, reliable automation and deployment processes.
  • Work with containers and virtualization technologies, implement, verify, and document low-to-medium complexity technical changes, and help improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Analyze incidents and recurring issues, contribute to root-cause analysis, identify sustainable improvements, and support infrastructure operations in line with SLAs and ITSM/ITIL-based processes.
  • Provide technical support and consulting to internal teams and external stakeholders, assist with security scanning, vulnerability remediation, and open-source compliance reporting, and contribute to documentation, monitoring, knowledge sharing, and global collaboration.

EXperience And Skills Required

  • Around 2 years of professional experience in system administration, DevOps, infrastructure operations, or a comparable technical role, supported by a bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Good command of English as the working language, at least B2 level, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, routine administration, patching, and operational support.
  • Working knowledge of version control systems, especially Git, as well as CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Practical exposure to Infrastructure as Code or configuration management, scripting with Bash or Python, containers, virtualization, and cloud environments, combined with a structured, analytical, and reliable working style.

Experience and skills that would be considered as an advantage:

  • Experience with Terraform, especially in AWS environments, and AWS services beyond basic compute, such as IAM, networking, storage, monitoring, or security-related services.
  • Understanding of networking basics, including VPN, DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancing, and certificates, plus familiarity with infrastructure security scanning, vulnerability management, open-source compliance reporting, Agile or Scrum methodologies, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or the insurance domain.
