Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to join our SecureTransport team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing our build infrastructure, automating delivery processes, and managing cloud-based systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about DevOps and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Jenkins instances and complex Jenkins pipeline jobs
• Write, execute, and maintain Ansible scripts for local infrastructure management
• Install and manage third-party software to meet internal requirements, ensuring system integrity and functionality.
• Serve as a point of contact for managing specific components of the internal infrastructure, facilitating effective communication between teams.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of a large number of Virtual Machines in a local lab environment, ensuring their stability and availability.
• Ensure the seamless delivery of SecureTransport monthly releases to the production environment, maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.
• Utilize containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Administer cloud-based deployments and user management – AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
• Monitor and maintain the build repository, ensuring its cleanliness, organization, and optimal functionality.
• Use Zabbix to continuously monitor the infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

• Good understanding of CI/CD principles
• Experience with Jenkins or Gitlab CI, Maven, and Jfrog А rtifactory
• OS administration skills, including installation, upgrades, patching, maintenance, and backups
• Experience with different Linux and Windows distributions, such as RHEL, Oracle Linux, SUSE, and Windows Server
• Scripting skills in one of the following: Bash, PowerShell, or Groovy
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure, including administration, monitoring, scripting, automation, and user account management.

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with Ansible
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL databases
