TDK AIsight is a global technology company developing AI-powered eye-tracking and computer vision technologies. The DevOps team manages essential operational systems including cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and security. This role collaborates closely with multiple engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable system operations.

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)

• 인프라 관리 및 자동화: 클라우드 기반 인프라 설계·운영 및 구성 자동화

• CI/CD 파이프라인 구축 및 운영: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions 등을 활용한 빌드·테스트·배포 자동화, Docker 기반 워크플로우 설계 및 Kubernetes 클러스터 운영

• MLOps 파이프라인 운영: Kubeflow·MLflow 기반 ML 파이프라인 구축 및 운영, TensorFlow Serving·TorchServe 등을 사용한 모델 서빙 환경 설계

• 모니터링·로깅·알림 구성: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK 스택을 활용한 지표 수집·대시보드 구축·알림 시스템 설정

• 보안·비용 최적화: 네트워크·인프라 보안 구성, 취약점 관리, 비용 분석 및 최적화

• 협업 및 문서화: 개발·데이터 사이언스 팀과 협업하여 시스템 변경 사항 및 아키텍처 문서화

• Infrastructure Management & Automation: Design, manage, and automate cloud-based infrastructure

• CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Automate build, test, and deployment processes using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions; design Docker workflows; operate Kubernetes clusters

• MLOps Pipeline Operation: Build and manage ML pipelines using Kubeflow and MLflow; design model serving environments with TensorFlow Serving and TorchServe

• Monitoring, Logging & Alerting: Implement metric collection, dashboards, and alert systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK

• Security & Cost Optimization: Configure security, manage vulnerabilities, and optimize cloud resource cost

• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with development and data teams; document architectural and operational procedures

자격 요건 (Qualifications)

• 컴퓨터공학·정보통신 등 관련 전공 또는 동등 실무 경험

• 클라우드 서비스 운영 및 IaC(Infrastructure as Code) 경험

• Docker 및 Kubernetes 기반 컨테이너 오케스트레이션 운영 경험

• CI/CD 도구(Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions 등) 실무 경험

• Python·Bash 등 스크립트 언어 활용 능력

• ML 파이프라인(학습·배포) 이해 및 관련 도구 경험

• 모니터링·로깅 도구 활용 경험

• 문제 해결 능력 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 영어 기술 커뮤니케이션 능력

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• Experience operating cloud environments and using IaC

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash

• Understanding of ML training and deployment pipelines and relevant tools

• Experience with monitoring and logging systems

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
