Job Title: DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Embedded Development
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite per Week)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Interview Mode: Video Interview
Start Date: Immediate
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer in enterprise or embedded development environments.
- Extensive experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with one or more CI/CD tools:
- Jenkins
- GitLab CI/CD
- GitHub Actions
- Azure DevOps Pipelines
- Experience supporting embedded software development workflows.
- Strong understanding of Git and source control best practices.
- Experience with build automation and release management processes.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience working within Linux-based environments.
- Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and integration testing.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting embedded Linux or firmware development teams.
- Experience with cross-compilation environments and embedded build systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices for software delivery pipelines.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as government, aerospace, or defense.
- Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
