About The Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure that powers our site and robotics platform, enabling our engineering teams to deliver with speed, reliability, and confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitHub Actions) to support rapid iteration and reliable deployment.
- Develop and maintain containerized workflows using Docker and orchestrate deployments in Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices to standardize and scale deployments across our site and robot fleet.
- Collaborate with the firmware team to understand the in-house stack and build deployment tools that bridge hardware and software.
- Collaborate/interact with wider infrastructure team to ensure consistency and best practices, when applicable
- Ensure reliability, monitoring, and observability of deployed systems, with a strong focus on safety and reproducibility.
- Continuously improve developer productivity by streamlining build, test, and release processes.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native technologies and ensure security and compliance within the DevOps lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Ansible).
- Experience building robust CI/CD systems for complex software stacks.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment where cloud services, on-premises compute and on-device deployments need to integrate seamlessly.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills—you’ll work closely with firmware, software, and ML engineers.
- Passion for automation, reliability, and empowering engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud providers such as google cloud or AWS for CI/CD purposes
- Experience with or interest in MLOps for machine learning pipelines (training, validation, and deployment of models at scale).
- Background in robotics, IoT, or hardware-software integrated systems.
- Familiarity with edge computing or distributed systems.
- Experience with salt or equivalent configuration management tools.
- Kubernetes experience around external devices, various deployment strategies, and debugging techniques

The Pay Range For This Role Is
190,000 - 200,000 USD per year(Mytra, Inc.)
