So, what’s the role all about?
The DevOps Engineer works as an integrated part of a software engineering team with specific focus on facilitating and building automated pipelines for continuous delivery of the team's deliverables with guaranteed production-level quality and supportability.
How will you make an impact?
- Manage large scale cluster environments residing on AWS/On prem Windows servers.
- Perform high-level, day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for the existing infrastructure.
- Research and recommend innovative solutions, and where possible, automate key administration tasks.
- Provide guidance in the creation and modification of standards and procedures
- Create topics, setup redundancy cluster, deploy management / monitoring tools, alerts.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
- Proven expertise in managing .NET applications and Windows Server environments.
- Expertise in automation through Python or PowerShell is a must.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Solid experience in setting up and maintaining high-availability clusters, including providing 24/7 support.
- Proficient in automation and configuration management using Ansible.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning.
- Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and SQL Server is a plus.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observability.
