About The Role And Where You Will Be Working

As an ICT Infrastructure Administrator, you will play a key role in providing technical support across SCC sites in Western Australia. Your responsibilities will include managing the lifecycle of ICT equipment and systems, ensuring smooth operations with minimal disruption. This is a full time position based at our Central Office in Rivervale with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Provide technical support across SCC sites in Western Australia, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage the lifecycle of ICT equipment and systems, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Administer and support a range of ICT systems, including servers, network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile and audio-visual equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders, providing consultative ICT support to enhance operational efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in ICT support and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

With experience in managing the lifecycle of ICT equipment and systems, you are confident in troubleshooting and maintaining a wide range of technologies, including servers, network devices, workstations, and mobile and audio-visual equipment.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders to provide consultative ICT support while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

To Be Considered For This Role, You’ll Need

  • Formal IT qualifications (Degree or equivalent industry certifications).
  • At least 3+ years providing Level 2 support in Microsoft and VMWare stack and related.
  • At least 3 years’ experience maintaining and supporting Microsoft SQL, Exchange and Microsoft 365 suite of cloud services.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of installation, configuration and administration of Citrix XenApp environment.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, technical and non-technical staff.
