At this stage of our journey we are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Spectrum Support (Tier 1/2/3): Act as the primary technical point of contact, handling everything from basic hardware troubleshooting and access requests to complex system-wide escalations and root-cause analysis.
- System Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for our Google Workspace and Atlassian environments.
- Lifecycle Management: Own the "Joiners, Movers, Leavers" (JML) process, ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding through MDM and automated provisioning.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in IT workflows and build automated solutions (e.g., via n8n or custom scripts) to eliminate manual toil.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, concise "how-to" guides for both the team and end-users within Confluence.
Requirements:
- Google Workspace Mastery: You have at least 2 years of experience managing Google Workspace at an enterprise level. You are not just comfortable with the Admin Console; you are proficient with the GAM tool (Google Apps Manager) for bulk operations and command-line management.
- Device Management (MDM): You understand the nuances of deploying hardware at scale. Experience with Microsoft Intune and Miradore is a massive plus. You should be comfortable managing both Windows and macOS fleets.
- OS Expertise: Deep, "under-the-hood" knowledge of both Windows and macOS. You know where the logs live and how to troubleshoot kernel panics or registry issues.
- Atlassian Administration: At least 2 years of experience managing Jira and Confluence. We need you to handle user/group permissions, scheme configurations, and—most importantly—workflow automation.
- The Automation Mindset: You don't like doing the same thing twice. You have proven experience automating tasks using:
- No-code/Low-code: n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
