About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge and a mature engineering mindset who understands the demands of working with critical infrastructure. Structure, calmness, and collaboration are key in this environment.

Main Responsabilities
- OpenShift & Kubernetes (cluster + networking + security)
- CI/CD & GitOps (Jenkins, Argo CD)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger)
- Container ecosystem (Docker, registries, build tools)
- Networking & traffic management (Ingress, service mesh, DNS)
- Security (PKI, Vault, RBAC, DevSecOps, HSM-backed key management and secure key lifecycle practices)
- Scripting & automation (Python, Bash)
- Platform & cluster management (Rancher)
- Linux systems administration
- Reliability engineering (SRE practices)
- Version control (Git, Bitbucket, GitLab)
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a similar field
- Proven background with both on-premises and cloud environments
- Strong understanding of complex, business critical architecture
- A structured, methodical approach to problem solving
- A calm, collaborative personality and strong team orientation
- Experience working with mission critical systems
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- A mindset focused on reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term quality
- Fluent English; Danish is considered an advantage
