We’re looking for the Senior IT Operations Professional. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the reliability, security, continuity, and day-to-day operation of Aduna’s IT environment. This includes SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, identity systems, endpoints, and workplace technology.

The role reports to the Manager of IT Operations and supports IT service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• IT Service Operations: Manage ITIL-based processes in Halo ITSM, including ticket queues, SLAs, escalations, and end-user support
• Identity & Access Management: Administer Entra ID, access policies, Azure PIM (JIT), and conduct access reviews for compliance
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Support and maintain Azure environments, ensuring secure access, stability, and automation of workflows
• SaaS & Applications: Administer Microsoft 365 and key business systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, HiBob), including user lifecycle and license management
• Endpoint & Workplace Tech: Manage devices via Intune/Autopilot and maintain workplace hardware (meeting rooms, printers, connectivity)
• Network & Security: Support secure connectivity (Zero Trust), SaaS governance, and participate in security incident response
• Monitoring & Reliability: Handle alerts and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system performance and availability
• Automation & Vendor Management: Drive automation and continuous improvement while supporting vendors and managing IT assets and licenses

What You Bring

• Education & experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science (or similar) and 5+ years in IT Operations, IT Support, or Cloud environments
• Cloud & Microsoft stack: Hands-on experience with cloud-first, SaaS-driven environments, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (IAM, MFA, Conditional Access) and Intune
• Security & ITSM: Exposure to security-focused operations (IAM, compliance, incident response) and experience with ITSM tools (e.g. Halo or similar)
• Technical skills: SaaS administration and integrations, networking fundamentals (DNS, connectivity, access control), scripting/automation, and strong troubleshooting across multiple systems
• Ways of working: DevOps mindset with a strong sense of ownership, ability to manage incidents under pressure, and focus on continuous improvement and automation
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent in English and Polish

✨ Bonus: Experience in Salesforce and NetSuite administration, implementation of Business Continuity frameworks, and API-based integrations (including Microsoft Graph and other SaaS APIs)
