Cloud Specialist for Continuous Services Team

Future Mind, a Solita Group company, is looking for cloud specialists with operations experience to strengthen our team responsible for Solita's continuous cloud services. In Solita's Cloud Platforms unit's continuous services team, you'll get to work with modern cloud platform solutions and develop your cloud expertise. Work tasks vary from routine changes to challenging troubleshooting and internal development work. In our team, we maintain over 100 services in AWS, Azure, GCP, and Solita's own private cloud. Our clients include dozens of companies operating in various industries.

What do we expect from our future colleague?

• We expect you to have several years of experience in system operations in public cloud services. We hope you have strong experience with AWS or Azure platforms. Some experience with GCP or UpCloud platforms is a plus.
• Producing infrastructure as code (Terraform or CDK) is familiar to you, and you have experience with implementing monitoring, log collection, and reporting solutions, as well as automation tools.
• You have done ticket-based problem-solving and development work. Additionally, you are capable of solving situations for which there are no ready-made instructions.
• We hope you have experience working at the customer interface, and particularly previous consulting experience from the vendor side is a plus.
• You know how to leverage AI effectively in your daily work. We are also looking for additional resources to help further develop modern, AI-supported service management, and previous experience with similar solutions or service management development is considered a clear advantage.
• In addition to technical expertise, you need fluent Polish and English language skills as well as good interpersonal skills in your daily work, as each of our specialists works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as our clients.
