Your Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, and mobile)
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Entra ID, Teams, and Exchange
- Deploy software, patches, and security updates
- Monitor device performance, compliance, and security
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for endpoint and workplace technologies
- Drive improvements and contribute to endpoint-related projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Support both shore-based users and shipboard environments
We are looking for
Required
- Experience in endpoint administration or workplace IT support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune/SCCM and Exchange hybrid
- Solid Windows administration skills and familiarity with macOS
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- PowerShell or automation experience
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
- Experience with application packaging, remote tools etc.
- Experience in distributed or maritime environments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MD-102, Microsoft 365, security)
- Work with modern, cloud-first workplace technologies
