Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
- Experience with OpenText NNMi (topology discovery, fault/performance monitoring, correlation, RCA).
- Hands on with OpenText Network Automation (NA) for NCCM, compliance, rollback.
- Good understanding of SNMP and SSH for device monitoring/automation.
- Basic Linux/Windows administration.
- Ability to handle alerts, incidents, and NOC operations.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change).
- Ready for 24×7 operations with rotational shifts/on call.
- Scripting (Shell/Python) for automation and reporting.
- Hands on L2/L3 operations, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Comfortable with 24×7 operations and on call support.
- Basic network knowledge (routing/switching, multi vendor devices).
- Scripting (Shell/Python) for automation and reporting.
- Experience with dashboard/log tools (ELK/Grafana/Splunk).
- Runbook/SOP creation and noise reduction in alerts.
- API based automation or integration with monitoring systems.
