Must-Have

• Proven experience in Linux systems administration within production environments, ideally in critical or financial systems
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7 and 8)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills at operating system level (CPU, memory, disk, networking and performance)
• Experience supporting highly available production environments
• Strong experience with Bash/Shell scripting for operational automation
• Solid hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
• Experience managing distributed infrastructure environments
• Experience with system monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus or Grafana
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware or equivalent)
• Ability to work autonomously within small, high-responsibility teams
• Experience supporting 24/7 environments and critical incident response

Would Be Great If You Have

• Experience with Puppet or other configuration management tools
• Python scripting knowledge
• Advanced Unix/Linux shell expertise
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience managing server hardware and data center infrastructure
• Experience with operating system migrations or large-scale infrastructure transformations
