What do you need to do:
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Ansible, Python, and PowerShell in predominantly Windows environments.
- Automate the provisioning and configuration of Windows and Linux servers, ensuring idempotent, standardized, and repeatable deployments.
- Modernize and refactor existing PowerShell scripts, migrating them to Ansible and Python where appropriate.
- Integrate infrastructure automation into the CI/CD pipeline using Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, XL-Deploy, and XL-Release.
- Support the migration from VTOM to Control-M by mapping job dependencies, adapting automation, and ensuring reliable scheduling and monitoring.
- Manage incidents, changes, problems, and operational tasks using ServiceNow and Jira, ensuring full traceability across deployments.
- Contribute to performance and capacity initiatives by integrating and executing performance tests with NeoLoad and k6, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.
- Participate in strategic platform initiatives, including RabbitMQ to Kafka migration and Redis implementation, automating provisioning, configuration, scaling, and maintenance.
- Improve platform observability by working with Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, and AppDynamics/Elastic APM, integrating health checks, smoke tests, and post-deployment validations.
- Manage credentials and secrets securely using CyberArk/Conjur across automation and deployment tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including automation standards, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures in Confluence.
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams across development, operations, support, and product.

- Experience building and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, XL-Deploy, and XL-Release.
- Experience with enterprise scheduling tools, particularly Control-M (or VTOM migration projects).
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira for incident, change, and task management.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as NeoLoad and k6.
- Experience with messaging and caching technologies, including Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, AppDynamics, and/or Elastic APM.
- Experience with secrets management solutions such as CyberArk or Conjur.
- Strong documentation skills using Confluence.
- Understanding of infrastructure automation best practices, including idempotence, reusable code, and DevOps principles.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above (mandatory).
