Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer / Server Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, cloud environments, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and system troubleshooting to ensure stable and reliable business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, and other related technologies.

• Perform daily operation and maintenance of Linux servers, including CentOS, SUSE Linux, RHEL, as well as Windows Server environments.

• Support container and microservice environments, including Docker and Kubernetes deployment and maintenance.

• Maintain server and storage infrastructure, including equipment from PureStorage, Dell EMC, Huawei, and other vendors.

• Support DevOps / AIOps operations, including automation through Python and Shell scripts.

• Support private cloud and public cloud platforms and participate in related IT infrastructure projects.

• Perform application system troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, performance tuning, monitoring, and analysis using tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus.

• Manage and maintain HA / Cluster environments for Linux and Windows server operating systems.

• Support basic network operation and troubleshooting, including routing, switching, and IT security awareness.

• Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure system availability and business continuity.

• Support database-related infrastructure and troubleshooting, including Oracle, Hadoop, MongoDB, SAP HANA, and MySQL.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, server operation, system administration, or IT operations.

• Familiar with Linux and Windows Server operation and maintenance, virtualization, server storage, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Experience in project management and process management will be an added advantage.

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, RHCE, MCIT, VCP, OCP, CCNA, or CCNP will be preferred.

• Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage.
