DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, high-availability infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Utilizing modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools—such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Prometheus, and Golang—you will ensure all systems are run via code, fully automated, and continuously integrated/deployed through our CI/CD pipelines to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, deploy, configure, monitor, optimize, and maintain robust cloud-native infrastructure and core services.
• Efficiently resolve technical service tickets escalated by users. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform root-cause analysis on production issues.
• Actively monitor system health and set up intelligent alerting. Provide rapid response to system incidents to ensure high availability and minimize service disruptions.
• Plan and execute seamless system upgrades, patches, and version updates in alignment with shifting operational requirements.
• Oversee and maintain automated system backup procedures, ensuring robust and regular data validation and rapid disaster recovery capabilities.
• Conduct deep log analysis for routine troubleshooting and proactive infrastructure performance tuning.
• Keep abreast of emerging DevOps technologies and best practices to continuously level up team operational capabilities and service efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality assigned projects and sprints reliably and on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a DevOps / Cloud Engineer.
• Deep and practical working knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.
• Proven experience utilizing automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Packer, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting workloads on Cloud Infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or OpenStack).
• Proficiency in writing automation scripts and clean code using Bash Shell, Python, or Golang.
• Strong practical experience managing containerized environments using Docker and orchestration through Kubernetes (K8s).
• Solid experience setting up and managing monitoring and visualization stacks using Prometheus and Grafana.
• A self-motivated, fast learner with a collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the agility to adapt to dynamic environments. Excellent professional English communication skills.
