Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, building, and maintaining IT infrastructures so that our customers benefit from secure, stable, and modern IT.

Your Tasks

• Independent customer support
• Planning and implementation of cloud, digitization, IT, telephony, and network projects
• Design, installation, and maintenance of cloud and server infrastructures
• Creation of documentation and network designs
• Monitoring and maintenance of installations via remote maintenance
• Processing customer support requests, troubleshooting, and independent solution finding

Our Requirements

• Several years of solid experience as an ICT systems engineer
• Completed training as a computer science systems engineer or comparable professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Azure
• Solid knowledge of firewall, routing, and switching technologies
• Experience with VoIP solutions (3CX and Microsoft Teams) is an advantage
• Strong independence, a high sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Strong customer focus and a keen understanding of customer needs
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured working method
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Category B driver's license (advantageous)
