We are looking for a “Linux Platforms Consultant” to be assigned to Linux Platforms & Devops Team Lead.


Responsibilities

  • Understanding and hands-on experience with Linux services. Redhat, CentOS, Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux / Debian, Ubuntu OS
  • Deep knowledge of Rancher vs Openshift products (Kubernetes Docker Container) technologies
  • Knowledge on Hypervisor VMware and KVM (OLVM, Proxmox)
  • Knowledge on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud services
  • Knowledge on ansible and bash scripting
  • Deep-level knowledge in installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting
  • Experienced on Installation, configuration, monitoring, management and deep dive troubleshooting in Linux Server Operating Systems
  • Knowledge on Linux system center product family
  • Managing patch management and upgrade processes on Linux operating systems


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Information Technologies sector.
  • Experience with the Proxmox virtualization platform is preferred.
  • Experienced on installation, configuration, monitoring, management and troubleshooting in Linux products technologies. (On-premise & Cloud)
  • Experience on server operating systems management and configuration (Linux)
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (Server, Storage, Network etc.)
  • Prone to teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
