Systems Administrator

We are partnering with a growing Managed Services Provider that is looking to add a Systems Admin to their team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working on Microsoft Cloud and Data Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support client infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Administer virtualization platforms including VMware, Scale Computing, and Nutanix
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions using Veeam, Zerto, Azure Backup, and ObjectFirst.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Dell server, storage, and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability while resolving escalated technical issues.
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and documentation across multiple client environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Systems Administration experience, preferably within an MSP or managed services environment.
• Strong experience supporting Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and vCenter administration.
• Experience with Scale Computing HyperCore and/or Nutanix AHV preferred.
• Knowledge of Dell server and storage platforms, including PowerEdge, PowerStore, and VxRail.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies such as Veeam, Zerto, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, or ObjectFirst.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience managing Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Purview, Defender, and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with storage technologies including SAN, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, object storage, and hyper-converged infrastructure.
