We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer Staff to join our team supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program. As a DevSecOps Engineer Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. You will work closely with our development teams to implement secure coding practices, automate security testing, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Application administration of development tools such as

GitLab, JIRA, Nexus, and others

  • Maintenance and improvement of component GitLab

pipelines, including build, test, and deployment

  • Development of custom tooling to support metrics

generation and other customer deliveries

  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to

define and implement program improvements such as

new metrics and tool implementations

  • Evaluation of new tools to support development and

testing activities

  • Coordination across multiple development and test teams

to build and refine common processes and workflows

  • Advise the program on best practices for CI/CD and

Security testing

Desired Skills

  • Openshift experience highly desired
  • Experience deploying to and building with containers within a GitLab ecosystem
  • Experience using Sonatype Nexus for dependency and artifact hosting
  • Experience with security testing tools such as Coverity, Fortify, and SonarQube
