DevOps Engineer

Location: The Lite Enterprise Tower, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday | 9AM – 6PM)

1. Role: Senior DevOps Engineer (multiple products and multiple Cloud)

· Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for frequent and safe releases.

· Deploy and manage containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.

· Administer and optimize Linux-based systems powering backend APIs, data processing, and dashboards.

· Manage multi-cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure as required by products and regions.

· Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation to ensure consistency and scalability.

· Monitor system health, performance, and data pipelines; respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis.

· Apply strong security practices to protect customer data, survey responses, and internal systems. · Work closely with backend, frontend, QA, and product teams to support feature rollouts and platform growth.

· Continuously improve availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering roles.

· Strong English communication skills and fluent Vietnamese are required.

· Strong experience with Linux system administration in production environments.

· Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

· Solid experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.

· Strong understanding of CI/CD, deployment strategies, and environment management.

· High security awareness, especially around: IAM and access control, Secrets management, Network security, Protecting sensitive customer and research data

· Experience supporting data-driven or SaaS platforms with high availability requirements.

· Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a global product team.

· Clear communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.

2. Role: Senior Java Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level backend applications using Java

· Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.

· Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. · Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

· Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development, preferably in a product-based company.

· Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful API development, and web services.

· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Experience working with distributed or global teams is highly valued.

· Nice-to-Have: Experience with Java EE technologies, Servlets, JSP, EJB, and JPA/Hibernate.
