Imprimis Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer for a growing enterprise technology organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting a global infrastructure environment across cloud, systems, networking, identity management, and endpoint technologies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-premise environments
• Execute production infrastructure changes and support ongoing operational activities
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and outage resolution efforts
• Support Windows Server, Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, identity management, and endpoint technologies
• Administer and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VPN, TLS/SSL, and SSO/SAML environments
• Support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions
• Diagnose complex infrastructure issues using logs, metrics, packet captures, and system analysis tools
• Contribute to infrastructure automation initiatives using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, and related technologies
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
• Partner with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams on enterprise initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency

• RequirementsBachelor's degree required, Master’s degree highly preferred
• 8+ years of infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or enterprise IT operations experience
• Strong experience supporting Azure infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and Linux environments required
• Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, authentication protocols, and SSO technologies
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms including Intune and Autopilot
• Proven experience supporting production environments and executing infrastructure changes
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across multiple infrastructure disciplines and technologies
• Strong communication and documentation skills
