Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Network Engineer to join a global team supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure across EMEA, North America and APAC.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational networking experience, be comfortable troubleshooting complex network issues, and have exposure to network automation technologies.

Requirements

• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Cisco Wireless (WLC), Cisco ISE and/or Infoblox DDI.

• Experience with at least 2 of the technologies listed above (3+ preferred).

• Strong understanding of DNS services and networking fundamentals.

• Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible and/or Terraform.

• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise network environments.

• Experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain global enterprise network infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and service disruptions.

• Manage and support network technologies including Cisco SD-WAN, Wireless, ISE and DNS services.

• Monitor network performance, availability and capacity.

• Participate in network changes, upgrades and implementation activities.

• Maintain technical documentation, configurations and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service stability and performance.

• Contribute to network automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information

• EMEA working hours.

• Participation in an overnight/APAC support rotation approximately one week every 6–7 weeks.
