Cloud Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Execute and maintain platform-wide automation and configuration-as-code practices.

• Apply and maintain configuration baselines and other configuration-as-code models for subscriptions.

• Contribute, develop, maintain, and improve platform automation runbooks for cross-team reuse.

• Manage and deploy components in central cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform.

• Build and test reusable service configuration templates for provisioning consistency.

• Maintain and operate test tenants for validation of infrastructure updates and automation pipelines.

What You'll Need

• Practical understanding of best practices for cloud landing zones using Hub and Spoke architecture.

• Proficient in PowerShell, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and YAML.

• Experience with configuration-as-code tools such as DSC or Bicep.

• Familiarity with cloud automation services and tenant management.

• Ability to write, test, and troubleshoot platform automation runbooks.

• Experience in platform standardization and reusable service templates.
