🚀 Hiring: SCCM Infrastructure Engineer

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced SCCM Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise endpoint management infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). The role is responsible for ensuring reliable software deployment, patch management, and system administration while improving deployment processes and maintaining a secure, stable IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the SCCM environment for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint configuration.
• Design, test, and implement SCCM configurations to improve application delivery and system update processes.
• Monitor SCCM performance, identify issues, and optimize deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Create, package, and deploy software applications, operating system updates, and security patches.
• Troubleshoot SCCM-related issues, including client installation, software deployment failures, patch compliance, and reporting.
• Work closely with IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective endpoint management solutions.
• Maintain documentation for SCCM configurations, deployment procedures, and infrastructure changes.
• Ensure systems remain compliant with organizational security and operational standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance deployment and management processes.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Experience managing software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration.
• Good understanding of Windows Client and Windows Server administration.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Experience with software packaging and deployment methodologies.
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an enterprise IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications related to endpoint management, Azure, or Windows administration are an advantage.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with IT service management and change management processes.
