The IT Operations team is part of our larger Security team, so you'll work closely with security-minded people and help build systems that are secure by design-while learning a ton along the way.

What You'll Do
- Automate Everything. Spot repetitive work and turn it into automation + AI-driven workflows that make support and operations faster and smoother.
- Keep our infrastructure healthy. Configure, monitor, and maintain systems to ensure they remain secure, stable, and scalable.
- Own reliable connectivity. Help keep our global offices connected with dependable LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN and site-to-site networking.
- Manage endpoints at scale. Use MDM to deploy software, enforce configurations, and keep devices compliant across global offices.
- Set people up for day one. Support onboarding by preparing equipment, access, and (when needed) training so new hires can hit the ground running.
- Choose the right tools. Partner with hardware/software/SaaS vendors to find the best solution for each use case.
- Collaborate globally. Work with your team, other departments, and vendors to solve day-to-day technical issues across time zones.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network/internet issues
- Experience with network appliances such as FortiGate firewalls, Aruba access points, and switches (or similar: Cisco, pfSense, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of macOS or Linux and their security features
- Ability to build and maintain automation (scripts, workflows, or integrations) and comfort using AI tools to speed up operations and troubleshooting
- Strong written and spoken English
- Pleasant, resourceful personality with the ability to work across cultures and time zones
Tech and Tools
- MDM for software deployment, configuration enforcement, and device compliance
- FortiGate firewalls, Aruba access points and switches (or similar: Cisco, pfSense, etc.)
- SaaS tools and hardware/software vendor platforms
