  1. Jenkins platform management – must have managed and maintained a Jenkins platform (not just created pipelines)
  2. Should be able to speak to: number of users supported, number of jobs running, platform governance
  3. AWS – hands-on experience required
  4. Python coding – hands-on development skills expected
  5. CI/CD pipeline expertise – deep practical knowledge



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Hands-on, not a people manager in the traditional sense, though will lead a team
  2. Team will be Charlotte-based, so strong preference for local candidates
  3. Must be able to own and operate DevOps tooling, not just consume it
