As part of a highly skilled infrastructure team, you'll play a key role in designing, operating, and developing modern network and cloud environments that support thousands of users and business-critical services.

The Role

As an Operations / Network Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of a complex hybrid infrastructure environment.

You'll work across on-premise and cloud platforms, supporting core network services while contributing to infrastructure improvements, automation initiatives, and strategic technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 infrastructure and network support.
• Manage and maintain enterprise networking environments including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless infrastructure.
• Operate hybrid infrastructure across servers, virtualization platforms, storage solutions, and cloud environments.
• Support and optimise cloud networking within Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Automate operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical systems.

About You

Essential Experience

• 5+ years' experience in a Network Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Systems Engineer position.
• Strong networking expertise covering routing, switching, wireless networking, firewalls, SD-WAN, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V.
• Experience managing enterprise-grade firewall solutions.
• Exposure to cloud networking within Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional English and fluency in one or more Nordic languages.

Desirable

• CCNP, NSE, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with Fortinet SD-WAN technologies.
• Automation and scripting experience.
