Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management practices.
• Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes effectively.
• Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in dynamic environments requiring adaptability and quick learning.
