Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operations
- Implement, monitor, and refine infrastructure and application health checks to ensure stable, reliable operations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers
- Configure and maintain Windows Domain systems utilizing Active Directory Tools (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
- Apply OS and application patches according to maintenance schedules, following change management procedures.
- Support virtual environments such as VMware, AWS and Azure by maintaining configurations, snapshots, and performance baselines.
- Support physical infrastructure, Cisco UCS, by maintaining configurations, firmware, and performance baselines.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, YAML, or Python) for routine task automation under senior guidance.
- Recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency, reduce manual work, or enhance system reliability.
Knowledge Management & Documentation
- Contribute to the centralized IT knowledge repository by authoring and updating technical documents.
- Partner with senior engineers and SMEs to standardize templates, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks.
Configuration & Asset Management
- Maintain accurate CMDB entries, updating configuration relationships as systems evolve.
- Participate in asset and configuration audits and collaborate with peers to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience supporting server or infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
- Tier-2 troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose system failures or performance issues.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate tasks, generate documentation, and support troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, SaaS, and PaaS solutions.
- Proficient with VMware, Windows Server OS.
- Basic scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, YAML, or Python).
- Exposure to CMDB, ITIL practices, and enterprise configuration management.
- Experience with monitoring tools and alerting systems.
- Experience with software delivery tools for software deployment, patch management and reporting.

Compensation:
$29/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
